The Lab kitchen provides great food options nightly during your stay. There are special event nights as well, such as a Japanese banquet & Sushi making every Sunday night.

Liquid Bar & Lounge

At The Lab bar & Lounge delivers a great place to relax with delicious cocktails, fine wines & cold beer, atmospheric lighting, large screen and wireless internet, you can’t help but have fun at the Liquid bar. Our projector constantly shows the latest ski and snowboard movies from around the world such as: Deeper, Steep, Warren Miller, The First decent, Two Weeks In, True Life, Pulse, The Resistance and Decade. And a selection of locally produced films highlighting the amazing talent in the Hakuba valley and Nagano prefecture.

The Bar is serviced from 3pm until late, with a daily happy hour(s) for all wine, spirits and beers. A large cocktail list includes margarita’s, Mojitos, Caprioskas, Fruit Daiquiris, Japanese slipper’s and the house special “Liquidity”. The wine, Sake and champagne selection is vast and will ensure there is something for everyone.
